Kyle Fuller
26-year old point guard Kyle Fuller (185-PG-92) put on an amazing game in the last round for Corinthians and receives a Interperformances Player of the Week award for round 22.
He had the game-high 27 points adding two assists for Corinthians in his team's victory, helping them to beat Mogi (#4, 15-7) 90-79. Corinthians maintains the 9th position in Brazilian league. Corinthians is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 9-12 record. Fuller turned to be Corinthians' top player in his first season with the team. Kyle Fuller averages this season 22.0ppg.

Second best performed player last round was Ahmad Starks (175-PG-92, agency: SDJ Sports) of Joinville. He is American guard in his first season at Joinville. In the last game Starks recorded impressive 27 points, 3 rebounds and 5 assists. Bad luck as Joinville lost that game 90-98 to slightly higher-ranked Brasilia (#12, 7-14). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Joinville is still at the dead bottom 14th position. 18 lost games are too many comparing to just four victories Joinville managed to get this year. Starks is a newcomer at Joinville and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to guard Shamell Stallworth (195-SG-80) of Mogi (#4). Stallworth showcased his all-around game by recording 24 points, five rebounds and four assists in the last round. Despite Stallworth's great performance Mogi lost 79-90 to the lower-ranked Corinthians (#9, 9-12). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing Mogi needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 15 victories and 7 lost games. Stallworth has a very solid season. In 22 games in Brazil he scored 17.2ppg. He also has 3.9apg, FGP: 55.6% and 3PT: 43.5%. Shamell Stallworth has also Brazilian passport and can play in the league with a status of domestic player.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Marquinhos Vieira (207-SF-84) of Flamengo - 22 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists
5. Pedro Lima (191-SG-87) of Sao Jose - 22 points, 2 rebounds and 4 assists
6. Douglas Nunes (208-PF-87) of Sao Jose - 18 points, 9 rebounds and 2 assists
7. Jeferson Froehlich (193-PG-91) of Joinville - 18 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists
8. David Jackson (195-SG-82) of Franca - 26 points and 2 rebounds
9. Cordero Bennett (188-G-88) of Pinheiros - 17 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists
10. Larry Taylor (185-PG-80) of Bauru - 22 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
