   #1. This week's number one is an experienced international point guard Marcelinho Huertas (191-83, currently plays in Spain). He contributed to a 2-point Baskonia's victory against the eighth-ranked Andorra (14-14) 84-82 in the Spanish Liga Endesa in Saturday night's game. It was his team's eighth consecutive victory in a row. This season Passos has relatively solid stats: 10.6ppg, 10.1rpg and 1.5apg. He used to play for the Brazilian national team nine years ago.

   #8. Center Felipe Braga (213-94, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help Un.Oviedo (10-15) in their last game. Despite Braga's good performance the tenth-placed Un.Oviedo (10-15) was badly defeated 79-62 in Gijon by the higher-ranked (#5) Basket in the Group A-B. He had a double-double by scoring 12 points and getting 18 rebounds. Braga also added 3 blocks in 32 minutes. His team will play only one more game in the Regular Season. And now that game is very crucial. Braga has reliable stats this year: 12.6ppg, 13.5rpg, 1.4apg and 2.5bpg in 17 games. He used to play for the Brazilian U19 national team back in 2013.

Benite couldn't help Burgos (12-15) in their game against Joventut (14-11). He cannot count Sunday's game as one of the best ones. Benite scored only 2 points in 16 minutes. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be important. Sena's total stats this season are: 7.9ppg and 4.5rpg. He is a former U19 international player as six years ago he still played for the Brazilian national team.

   #11. U21 international power forward Michael Uchendu (208-98, currently plays in Spain) couldn't help one of league's weakest teams Leyma Basquet in their game against Castello in the Spanish LEB Gold (second division). Uchendu recorded 6 points and grabbed 7 rebounds in 24 minutes. His team was edged 84-83. This year Uchendu's total stats are: 7.1ppg and 6.4rpg in 31 games. He plays currently for the Brazilian U21 national team.

   #12. Former international guard Carlos Cobos (193-88, currently plays in Spain) faced previously mentioned Wesley Sena in the Spanish LEB Gold last game. Cobos led CB Granada to an easy victory against one of league's weakest teams CB Prat 76-61. He recorded 11 points in 21 minutes. Cobos has averaged so far 8.1ppg, 2.5rpg and 2.4apg in 31 games. He used to play for the Brazilian national team back in 2010.

   #13. Former international small forward Jonathan Tavernari (197-87, college: BYU, currently plays in Italy) couldn't help Givova Scafati (13-14) in their last game. Despite Tavernari's good performance Givova Scafati (#11) was crushed 91-64 in Roma by the leading Virtus in the West group. He scored 10 points and grabbed 6 rebounds in 29 minutes. Tavernari has averaged so far 7.7ppg and 3.1rpg in 19 games. He used to play for the Brazilian national team nine years ago.

   #14. Former U19 international forward Dimitris Sousa (198-94, college: Virginia-Wise, currently plays in Italy) couldn't help Moncada AGR in their game against Zeus EG Rieti in the Italian Serie A2 (second division). He cannot count Sunday's game as one of the best ones. Sousa scored only 3 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 22 minutes. His team was badly defeated by 17 points 81-64. Sousa has averaged so far 7.8ppg and 2.6rpg in 27 games. He used to play for the Brazilian U19 national team back in 2009.

   #15. Former international guard Danilo Fuzaro (193-94, currently plays in Spain) faced previously mentioned Michael Uchendu in the Spanish LEB Gold last game. Fuzaro contributed to a 1-point Castello's victory against the closely-ranked Leyma Basquet 84-83. He recorded 6 points. Fuzaro has averaged so far 7.8ppg, 1.9rpg, 1.6apg and 1.1spg. He used to play for the Brazilian national team two years ago.

Gabriel Da Silva (206-C-96, currently plays in Argentina) contributed to a 3-point Quimsa's victory against the 14th-ranked Hispano Americano de Rio Gallegos (11-15) 82-79 in the Argentinian La Liga last Friday. Da Silva recorded 10 points and grabbed 4 rebounds in 29 minutes. Quimsa Santiago del Estero (5-1) is placed first in the La Liga. It was his team's fifth consecutive victory in a row. This year Da Silva's overall stats are: 1.8ppg and 1.5rpg in 21 games he played so far.

   #2. Felipe Dos Anjos (218-C-98, currently plays in Spain) could not help Melilla Baloncesto (18-13) in their last game on Sunday. Despite Dos Anjos' good performance Melilla Baloncesto was edged 62-59 on the road by the second-ranked RETAbet BB. He was the second best scorer with 10 points. Dos Anjos also added 7 rebounds. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Dos Anjos' total stats this season are: 8.0ppg and 5.1rpg.

   #3. Ayan Carvalho (196-G/F-97, college: Temple, currently plays in Argentina) contributed to a 3-point Deportivo Viedma's victory against the sixth-ranked Gimnasia LP (11-15) 75-72 in the Argentinian La Liga Argentina (second division) last Wednesday. Carvalho scored 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Deportivo Viedma Rio Negro (15-11) is placed fourth in South group. The Regular Season already ended. Carvalho has averaged so far 7.2ppg, 3.5rpg and 1.1spg. He has a dual citizenship: Brazilian and Argentinian. Despite Carvalho's Brazilian passport, he previously played for the Argentinian university national team and is probably not eligible to play for the Brazilian team.

   #4. Rafael Paulichi (202-PF-98, currently plays in Argentina) was not able to help Bahia Basket in their game against San Martin Corrientes (14-15) in the Argentinian La Liga. Paulichi cannot count Saturday's game as one of the best ones. He recorded only 3 points in 6 minutes on the court. Bahia Basket was crushed 66-40 in Corrientes by the higher-ranked (#11) San Martin. It was Bahia Basket's third consecutive loss in a row. Paulichi has averaged so far 2.1ppg and 1.3rpg in 12 games.

   #5. Thiago Makhlouf (210-C-87, currently plays in Lebanon) managed to help Al Moutahed Tripoli to win against the closely-ranked Beirut Club (12-4) 65-64 in the Lebanese LBL in Monday night's game. He recorded only 4 points. Al Moutahed Tripoli (5-11) is placed seventh in the LBL. Makhlouf has averaged so far 2.2ppg and 2.1rpg. He is another player who holds two passports: Brazilian and Lebanese.

   #6. Experienced Kazuya Hatano (192-F-82, currently plays in Japan) contributed to a Fukuoka Rizing's victory against the third-ranked Kyoto Hannaryz 80-74 in the Japanese B League on Saturday night. Hatano scored only 2 points. Hatano has averaged so far 2.1ppg and 1.4rpg. He has both Brazilian and Japanese nationalities.

   #7. Pedro Ianguas (208-C-98, currently plays in Argentina) is a teammate of previously mentioned Rafael Paulichi and both played together in the last Argentinian La Liga game. Ianguas was not able to secure a victory for Bahia Basket in their game against San Martin Corrientes. He cannot count Saturday's game as one of the best ones. Ianguas recorded only one point. His team was crushed by 26 points 66-40. Ianguas has averaged so far 3.3ppg and 2.8rpg.

   #8. Feliciano Perez (210-C-90, currently plays in Argentina) couldn't help Centro Deportivo Rivadavia de Mendoza (12-14) in their last game. Despite Perez's good performance Centro Deportivo Rivadavia de Mendoza (#13) was edged 82-79 in Plottier by the second-ranked Centro Espanol in the South group. He scored 12 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 25 minutes. Perez has averaged so far 9.4ppg and 8.0rpg in 23 games.
