Leonardo Jacon agreed terms with Rio Claro

Rio Claro Basquete (Paulista) inked 23-year old small forward Leonardo Jacon (199-96, college: Southeastern CC). He played in the summer at Osasco Basquete. In 14 Paulista games he recorded 6.9ppg, 4.2rpg, 1.6apg and 1.0spg. Jacon also spent pre-season at Liga Sorocaba that year. The other team he played shortly was Paysandu (NLB).
Jacon's team won Brazilian National League Regular Season in 2017.
He represented Brazil at the South American Championships U17 in Salto (Uruguay) six years ago. Jacon's team won Bronze and his stats at that event were 6 games: 5.2ppg, 3.8rpg, FGP: 46.7%, 3PT: 33.3%, FT: 50.0%.
Jacon has played previously for two other teams: Flamengo and Minas.
He attended Southeastern Community College until 2016 and it will be his fourth season in pro basketball.
