Monteiro had a double-double by scoring 26 points and getting 13 rebounds. He also added 2 blocks in 37 minutes. The Augusta University has a solid 6-3 record this season. Monteiro has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 18.3ppg, 8.2rpg, 2.5apg, 2FGP: 61.0%(141-231), 3FGP: 57.1%(8-14) and FT: 80.6% in 21 games he played so far. Monteiro played for the Brazilian U18 national team in 2016.

   #3. The Brazilian player who performed third best last week abroad was former international point guard Raul Neto (185-92, currently plays in NBA). He contributed to a Philadelphia 76ers' victory against the Brooklyn Nets (26-30) 112-104 in the NBA in Thursday night's game. Neto scored 6 points and added 4 passes. The Philadelphia 76ers have a solid 36-22 record this season. It's Neto's first year with the team. His overall stats this year are: 4.0ppg, 1.1rpg, 1.5apg, 2FGP: 47.8%, 3FGP: 36.9% and FT: 81.8%. Oscar Da Silva (207-PF-98, currently plays college basketball in the States) led Stanford to an easy victory against the Washington State University (3-4) 75-57 in the NCAA in Sunday night's game. He had a double-double by scoring 19 points and getting 10 rebounds. Da Silva also added 4 assists in 32 minutes. The Stanford University has 4-1 conference record this season. There are only four games left until the end of the NCAA Regular Season. So now every game will be critical. Da Silva has individually a very good year with high stats. He averages: 16.0ppg, 6.5rpg, 1.7apg and 1.3spg in 26 games he played so far. Da Silva has a dual citizenship: German and Brazilian. Despite his Brazilian passport, Da Silva previously played for the German U19 national team and is probably not eligible to play for the Brazilian team.

   #2. Ayan Carvalho (196-G/F-97, college: Temple, currently plays in Argentina) could not help Dep Viedma (17-13) in their last game. Despite his good performance the second-placed Dep Viedma (17-13) lost 82-92 on the road to the leading C.Entrerriano in the Conferencia Sur. Carvalho recorded 14 points and grabbed 8 rebounds (made all of his six free throws) in 37 minutes; quite an impressive performance considering it's only his second season in pro basketball. It was Dep Viedma's third consecutive loss in a row. Carvalho has relatively good stats this year: 12.2ppg, 4.2rpg, 2.2apg and 1.4spg in 27 games. He is another player who holds two passports: Brazilian and Argentinian. Despite Carvalho's Brazilian nationality, he currently plays for the Argentinian university national team and cannot be called to the Brazilian team.

   #3. Experienced Guilherme de Souza (185-G-84, currently plays in Finland) was not able to help Westside ET in their game against Pyrinto Ak.B (4-15) in the Finnish 1st Division (second division), despite his very good performance on Sunday night. de Souza was the top scorer with 14 points. He also added 4 rebounds in 25 minutes. But the 11th-placed Westside ET (5-14) lost 75-81 in Tampere to the lower-ranked (#12) Pyrinto Ak.B in the Division B. There are only three games left until the end of the Regular Season. So now every game is very crucial. This year de Souza's overall stats are: 8.4ppg, 4.0rpg and 2.1apg in seven games.

   #4. Rodrigo Goncalves (203-F-87, currently plays in Argentina) contributed to Petrolero's victory against the fifth-ranked Quilmes MP (12-19) 94-80 in the Argentinian La Liga Argentina (second division) on Saturday night. Goncalves scored 8 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Petrolero de Plaza Huincul (13-13) is placed fourth in Conferencia Sur. It's Goncalves' first season with the team. This year he has relatively solid stats: 13.8ppg and 8.6rpg.

   #5. Eduardo Lane (208-F-99, currently studies in the States) was not able to secure a victory for the SJSU (2-6) in their game against the Colorado State University (5-3) in the NCAA. Lane cannot count Saturday's game as one of the best ones. He scored only 3 points and grabbed 5 rebounds in 22 minutes. His team lost 71-78 at home to the Colorado State University. There are only two games left until the end of the NCAA Regular Season. This year Lane's total stats are: 3.4ppg and 2.4rpg in 22 games.

   #6. Lucas Doria (203-F-97, currently plays in NCAA2) couldn't help the St. Edward's University in their game against the Dallas Baptist University in the NCAA2. He recorded 6 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. His team was defeated 84-72 in the NCAA2. Doria's total stats this season are: 6.8ppg and 3.6rpg.

   #7. Jordan Arroyo (201-F, is currently at the American university) couldn't help the N.Mexico in their game against the Boise State University in the NCAA. He scored only 4 points in 15 minutes. His team lost 61-74. This year Arroyo averages just 1.0ppg in 12 games.

   #8. Jonathan Dos Anjos (204-SF-98, currently plays college basketball in the States) couldn't help the Loyola Mary in their game against the Saint Mary's College of California in the NCAA. He cannot count Thursday's game as one of the best ones. Dos Anjos scored only 3 points. His team was defeated 57-51. Dos Anjos' total stats this season are: 3.1ppg and 2.2rpg.

   #9. Diego Maffia (185-PG-1, currently plays in Canada) couldn't help the University of Victoria in their game against the Bisons in the U Sports. He cannot count Saturday's game as one of the best ones. Maffia scored only 3 points in 24 minutes. His team was badly defeated by 20 points 81-61. This year Maffia has relatively solid stats: 11.9ppg, 3.0rpg and 1.6apg in 21 games. He has both Brazilian and Canadian nationalities.

   #10. Carlos Costa (201-G, currently plays in Canada) is a teammate of previously mentioned Diego Maffia and both played together in the last U Sports game. Costa couldn't help the University of Victoria in their game against the Bisons. He cannot count Saturday's game as one of the best ones. Costa scored only 2 points. His team was badly defeated by 20 points 81-61. Costa's total stats this season are: 2.5ppg and 3.4rpg.
