Matheus Vicente
Talented Matheus Vicente (191-G-99) had an amazing evening in the last round for Brusque and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents CBC League Player of the Week award for round 6.
The 21-year old guard had the game-high 24 points adding three rebounds for Brusque in his team's victory, helping them to crush Joinville (#3, 3-2) with 20-point margin 89-69. Thanks to this victory Brusque moved-up to the 4th position in Brazilian CBC League. Brusque is rather a weak team placed in lower part in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 2-3 record. In the team's last game Vicente had a remarkable seven three-pointers out of 9 attempts. He just recently signed at Brusque, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Matheus Vicente averages this season 12.8ppg.
The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was 20-year old point guard Robson Junior (178-PG) of Londrina. Junior impressed basketball fans with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Bad luck as Londrina lost that game 61-73 to the higher-ranked Ponta Grossa (#1, 4-1). Despite lost game Londrina moved up to 5th position in Helio Rubens Garcia Conference. 4 lost games are too many comparing to just one victory Londrina managed to get this year. Junior is one of the most experienced players at Londrina and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.
The third best performed player last round was Patrick Vieira (186-PG-93) of Joinville (#3). Vieira showcased his all-around game by recording 12 points, six rebounds and five assists in the last round. Despite Vieira's great performance Joinville lost 69-89 to #4 ranked Brusque. But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates especially in such crucial game. The last thing Joinville needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams in Helio Rubens Garcia Conference. Their record is 3 victories and 2 lost games. Vieira has a very solid season. In 5 games in Brazil he scored 14.6ppg.

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
