Carneiro's 25 points and 5 assists give him CBC League Player of the Week award

26-year old point guard Wilson Carneiro (175-PG-94) had a very impressive game in the last round for second-ranked Ponta Grossa and receives a Hoops Agents CBC League Player of the Week award for round 10.
He had the game-high 25 points adding four rebounds and five assists for Ponta Grossa in his team's victory, helping them to beat Brusque (#5, 3-5) 79-71. Third place about best performers goes to guard Jackson Da Silva (192-G-96) of Londrina (#4). Da Silva scored 23 points and grabbed seven rebounds. He was a key player of Londrina, leading his team to a 86-83 win against #1 ranked Corinthians in a game of the week. The chances of Londrina not to end season at such low position in Helio Rubens Garcia Conference, however are less than slim as they have already lost 5 games, recording just three victories.
