Osasco - Blumenau 74-79

Blumenau overcame Osasco to advance into CBC League Final. Blumenau outrebounded Osasco 42-28 including 30 on the defensive glass. 29 personal fouls committed by Osasco helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Joao Pedro Demetrio (208-95) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds. Guard Gabriel De Oliveira (202-93) contributed with 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Blumenau's coach Andre Germano used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Guard Gustavo Scaglia (193-93, college: Arizona W. CC) answered with 19 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Igor Avelino (196-93) added 17 points in the effort for Osasco.

Corinthians held off Botafogo to reach the title game. Botafogo was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Center Ralfi Ansaloni (211-87) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 13 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) for the winners and Leonardo Jacon (199-96, college: Southeastern) chipped in 16 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Corinthians players scored in double figures. At the losing side the former international guard Eduardo Machado (193-82) responded with 16 points and 7 rebounds and center Rafael Correa (208-0) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 12 rebounds. Botafogo's coach Joao Guia rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win.
