Here is the last round review presented by ESL.

The most surprising game was the first loss of Cerrado (2-1) in Rio de Janeiro on Tuesday night. Visitors were rolled over by tenth ranked Flamengo (1-2) 94-57. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Cerrado. They outrebounded Cerrado 43-26 including 17 on the offensive glass. Flamengo looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Power forward Ruan Miranda (205-1) had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 13 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and center Matheus Maciel (207-1) chipped in 22 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was center Sergio Conceicao (208-0) with 12 points and 9 rebounds. Cerrado's coach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Flamengo left bottom position moving up to seventh place. Cerrado at the other side dropped to the fourth position with one game lost. They share it with Mogi. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
Very important is a road loss of third ranked Mogi (2-1) against seventh ranked Praia (1-1) on Tuesday night. Visiting Mogi was defeated by Praia in Vitoria 83-69. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Mogi. Guard Gabriel Duarte (189-1) notched 26 points and 7 rebounds to lead the effort and Gabriel Cunha supported him with 20 points and 7 rebounds. Even 22 points and 5 rebounds by Henrique Kirsten (195-99) did not help to save the game for Mogi. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Praia left bottom position moving up to sixth place. Mogi at the other side dropped to the fourth position with one game lost. They share it with Cerrado. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.

Rio Claro rolled over Cearense on the road 105-45. Franca crushed Caxias do Sul on its own court 91-53. U. Corinthians lost to undefeated Sao Jose in a road game 76-83. Winless Minas lost to undefeated Pinheiros at home 48-104. Winless Campo Mourao lost to undefeated Sao Paulo on the opponent's court 67-82.
The most impressive stats of the last round was 22 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists by Matheus Eugeniusz of Sao Paulo.



Pato - ADRM 47-91

Country has finally registered their first victory this season after four consecutive losses. The win is especially important as it came on the road game in Pato Branco, where they outplayed Pato (0-4) 91-47 on Tuesday. Country dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Pato's 24. Country forced 19 Pato turnovers and outrebounded them 58-29 including a 41-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Pato's players. The best player for the winners was guard Gustavo Paulino (180-99) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists.
