Simms inks at Uniao Corinthians at the beginning of his pro career

Uniao Corinthians Santa Cruz do Sul (CBC League) strengthened their roster with addition of American swingman Mike'L Simms (196cm-95kg) for season 2022. Simms just graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (NCAA). He has played there for the last three years. Simms missed last season due to covid-19 restrictions and did not play any competitive basketball that time.
He started his college career at Cowley County College (JUCO). Simms' high school career he had spent at Highland Springs in Highland Springs, VA.
As mentioned above he is just out of the college and it will be his first season as a pro.
