Praia signs Raffael Mencarini

Praia Clube (Lower league) signed 20-year old guard Raffael Mencarini (187cm). Mencarini played last summer at VIPTech Campo Mourao Basquet U20 team in the LDB U20. In 8 games he was league's fifth best scorer with impressive 18.1ppg and averaged 3.9rpg, 2.1apg and 2.1spg. Lower league will be definitely a better match and he can see more playing time. 2021-21 was a great season as he was named to Latinbasket.com All-Brazilian LDB U20 Honorable Mention and League Player of the Week.
