Araraquara inks Marciel Paje Santos

A.B.A. Araraquara (CBC League) agreed terms with 30-year old power forward Marciel Paje Santos (201cm-104kg) for upcoming 2022 season. Santos played last summer at Paysandu in the Para State Tournament. The last season he played at VIPTech Campo Mourao Basquet (NBB) where in 30 games he had 7.1ppg, 5.0rpg and 1.9apg.
He has played previously for seven other teams: Joinville, Winner/Limeira, Angra, Assis Basket, Sao Jose, Jacarei and Assis Basket.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team made it to the Liga Ouro Semifinals in 2019. Santos was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Liga Ouro Honorable Mention back in 2019.
