Lucas Monteiro agreed terms with Fluminense

Fluminense FC Rio de Janeiro (Carioca) strengthened their roster with addition of 20-year old 183cm point guard Lucas Monteiro for upcoming season. Monteiro played last summer at Flamengo in Brazilian LDB U20. Carioca will be definitely a better match and he can see more playing time. He also played for UniFacisa (LDB U20) where in 10 games he recorded 11.9ppg, 3.8rpg, 3.0apg and 3.1spg (in top 2).
