Jordan Burger joins Basket Sao Jose/AGFEB

Basket Sao Jose/AGFEB (Catarinense State) agreed terms with 31-year old ex-international small forward Jordan Burger (203cm-1991). The last time (2013-2017) he played at Basquete Joinville/AABJ in Brazilian Catarina. Burger has played there for four years. He missed last four seasons and had longer break from professional basketball.
Burger was a member of Brazilian international program for some years. He was called to Brazilian Senior National Team two years ago and previously for U19 National Team back in 2009.
Burger has played previously professionally also in Spain (Real Betis and Baloncesto Sevilla 2nd team) and Brazil (Palmeiras, Minas and Paulistano).
On Burger: A very talented young forward, with uncommon body and physical skills fod his age. He's long, very strong, has great wingspan, giant hands and excellent coordination. Also, he seems to be more mature and very active on the court. Burger plays well at the SF spot, shooting the ball (despite not having good percentage yet..), driving to the basket, forcing fouls situations or finishing strong. He is not afraid to go to the basket to score or rebound the ball on the offense side, with excellent timing. Burger can yet smaller players as well as taller ones. Huge upside, if only he will improve his shooting and will polish his ball handling.
