Videira (Catarinense State) strengthened their roster with addition of experienced 35-year old naturalized Lebanese 210cm center Thiago Makhlouf. Makhlouf played this summer at A.B.A. Araraquara in the Paulista. In 8 CBB games just recently he recorded only 2.8ppg and 1.9rpg. Catarinense State will be definitely a better match and he can see more playing time.
He has played previously professionally also in Lebanon (Sagesse, Homentmen, Champville and Moutahed) and Brazil (Americana, Maringa and Basquete / UNIFAE / Sao Joao).
His team made it to the Lebanese League Semifinals in 2021.
