The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Paulistano (10-2) in Sao Paulo on Monday night. Hosts were defeated by fifth ranked Pinheiros (8-4) 79-65. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Paulistano. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Dikembe Andre (206-1999) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds and guard Matheus Eugeniusz (193-2000) who added 15 points and 8 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was point guard Adyel Borges (188-2002) with 21 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists. Pinheiros moved-up to third place.
