Sesi Franca welcomes back Louzada

Sesi Franca Basquete Sao Paulo (Paulista) landed 23-year old Brazilian international 195cm guard Didi Louzada. It is actually his comeback to Vivo/Franca as he has played here before. Louzada played most recently at Portland Trail Blazers in the NBA. The last summer he played at the Trail Blazers in NBA.
Three years ago he was drafted by Atlanta Hawks (NBA) in second round (35 th overall).
He has been also a member of Brazilian international program for some years. Louzada has regularly played for Brazilian senior team since 2018 and previously for U16 National Team in 2015.
He represented Brazil at the South American Championship U21 in Salta (Argentina) four years ago.
Louzada is a very experienced player. And here thanks to pro basketball he experienced life in four different countries playing on three different continents. He is familiar with Latin American, Australian and of course North American leagues. Louzada has played previously professionally in Australia (Kings), NBA (New Orleans Pelicans), NBA Summer League (New Orleans Pelicans) and NBA G League (Birmingham Squadron).
Among many awards his team won Australian NBL Regular Season in 2020. He received Latinbasket.com All-Brazilian League Most Improved Player of the Year award and was voted to Brazilian All-Star Game back in 2019.
