Paysandu-SC (Para State Tournament) strengthened their roster with addition of 22-year old 182cm guard Dalaqua Almentra. Almentra has played for the last five years at Corinthians in the NBB. NBB was a little too high level for him, where in only one game he did not score anything. Para State Tournament will be definitely a better match and he can see more playing time.
He has played previously for Palmeiras. His team was regular season runner-up in Brazilian LDB U20 League Group B in 2022.
