Basquete-SantosMemorialFUBES (CBB) confirmed in their roster 30-year old power forward Dida Pereira (202cm-1992, college: Sequoias CC) for season 2023. Pereira played there last season.
He was a member of Brazilian U18 National Team back in 2010.
Pereira is quite experienced player. Pereira's career allowed him to visit three different continents, while he played in five different countries. He tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Latin America and of course North America. Pereira has played previously professionally also in Argentina (Centro Espanol de Plottier), Chile (Puerto Varas, Osorno, Aleman and Las Animas), Spain (Ponferrada and Pozo Soton BVM 2012 Mieres), Uruguay (Cordon and Colon) and Brazil (Botafogo, Ponta Grossa and Cerrado).
His team was regular season runner-up in Uruguayan Metropolitan League in 2018.
He graduated from College of the Sequoias in 2016 and it will be his eighth season as a professional player.
