Jordan Nunes joins Uniara/Araraquara

Uniara/Araraquara (NLB Southern Div.) has agreed terms with 19-year-old power forward Jordan Nunes (204cm-2004). Nunes recently played for Ponta Grossa in the Parana league. The NLB Southern Div. will be a better match for him, allowing him to see more playing time. Last summer, he played for another Brazilian team, Minas (LDB U20). The level of competition in Parana was too high for him, as he only averaged 1.6ppg and 3.6rpg in 7 LDB U20 games.
