U.Corinthians add Andre to their roster

Luvix/Uniao Corinthians (NBB) added to their roster 25-year old Brazilian ex-international center Dikembe Andre (206cm-108kg-1999, agency: BMS Sport Agency) for season 2024-25. Andre played this summer at Soles in LNB league in Dominican Republic. In 12 games just recently he recorded 7.2ppg, 8.3rpg and 1.8apg.
The most of last season he spent at Caceres Patrimonio de la Humanidad in Spanish Primera FEB where in 33 games he averaged 8.4ppg and 6.2rpg. He also spent pre-season at Pinheiros that year.
Andre was also a member of Brazilian international program for some years. He played for Brazilian Senior National Team in 2020 and previously for U20 National Team back in 2018.
Andre represented Brazil at the World University Games in Chengdu (China) last year. Andre's team won Silver and his stats at that event were 6 games: 5.7ppg, 6.8rpg, FGP: 53.6%, FT: 36.4%.
He has played previously for three other Brazilian teams: Paschoalotto/Bauru, Paulistano and Paulistano. His team made it to the Paulista League Semifinals in 2020 and 2021. Andre was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Brazilian LDB U20 Center of the Year back in 2019 and 2021.
