Sao Paulo FC (NBB) signed experienced 37-year old ex-international shooting guard Andre Bresolin (195cm-95kg-1987) for upcoming 2024-25 season. Bresolin has played for the last three years at UniFacisa. In 38 NBB games he had 9.3ppg, 3.4rpg, 2.7apg and 1.2spg last season. He helped them to make it to the Brazilian Super 8 final.
Bresolin was a member of Brazilian international program for some years. He was called to Brazilian Senior National Team back in 2010 and previously for University National Team in 2011.
Bresolin has spent his entire career in Brazil playing for eight other teams: Vivo/Franca, Joinville, Pinheiros, Araraquara, Osasco, Macae, Uniara/Araraquara and Mogi. He won Paulista League championship title in 2010, 2018 and 2020. Bresolin was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Brazilian League Honorable Mention back in 2020 and 2021.
He is close to retirement age as a player. It's very possible he may end his playing career at Sao Paulo.
