Sao Paulo FC (NBB) inked 29-year old Brazilian 194cm guard Paulo Da Costa for upcoming season. Da Costa played this summer at Colonias in Paraguayan LNB league. In 9 games just recently he averaged impressive 16.6ppg, 5.9rpg and 1.2apg. He was also voted League Player of the Week. The last season he was tested by Cerrado.
Da Costa has played previously for two other Brazilian teams: Fortaleza and Pato.
Among many awards his team made it to the National League Semifinals in 2016. He received Latinbasket.com All-Liga Ouro Young Player of the Year award back in 2018.
