Sport Club Corinthians Paulista (NBB) landed 21-year old 179cm point guard Tiago Faria for new season. Faria played this summer at Corinthians in the LDB U20. He also played for Pinheiros.
Faria was a member of Brazilian U16 National Team back in 2019.
He has played previously professionally also in Portugal (Felgueiras). Faria won Brazilian LDB U20 League championship title in 2019, 2021 and 2022.
Despite young age he had impressive career. He was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Brazilian LDB U20 Honorable Mention in 2022.
