Cearense sign a second USA player

Fortaleza B.C. Cearense (NBB) landed experienced 35-year old American 200cm small forward Dominique Coleman (college: FMU) for upcoming season. Coleman joins another USA player Dexter McClanahan who is already in the roster.
He played most recently at Sao Paulo FC. But in three NBB games in Brazil he averaged just 0.3ppg and 1.7rpg last season.
He is a very experienced player. He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to four different countries on three different continents (Europe, Latin America and of course North America). Coleman has played previously professionally in Portugal (Lusitania), United Kingdom (Cheshire Phoenix and Scorchers), Brazil (Minas, Pinheiros, Paulistano and Mogi) and ABL (Twin City U.).
Among many awards his team made it to the Paulista League Semifinals in 2021. He was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Paulista League Honorable Mention back in 2019.
It may be one of last seasons in his extensive career, which he may end at Cearense.
Coleman graduated from Francis Marion University in 2011 and it will be his 14th (!!!) season in pro basketball. He played for other colleges like: University of West Alabama, Lawson State Community College.
