Osasco forced 19 Minas turnovers. American guard Anthony Harris (191-1997, college: Chicago St.) nailed 21 points for the winning side and Matheus Weber (194-2000) accounted for 20 points. Naturalized Nigerian forward Richard Udoagwa (206-2005, college: Marshalltown) came up with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds and guard Lucas Nakazawa (180-2005) added 14 points, 6 assists and 4 steals respectively for Minas in the defeat. Minas' coach Joao Vitor rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.

Sorocabana 2 outrebounded Cruzeiro 40-26 including 28 on the defensive glass. Forward Nathan Gomes (201-2003) stepped up and scored 8 points and 14 rebounds for the winners and Danilo Penteado (199-1999) chipped in 15 points and 5 rebounds. At the losing side point guard Cassiano Bueno (189-1997) responded with 16 points and center Wesley Sena (210-1996) scored 16 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
