Joacaba - Blumenau 85-55

Joacaba dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Blumenau's 18. Joacaba forced 23 Blumenau turnovers. Guard Samuel Caldeira (-2001) nailed 19 points and 5 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winning side and guard Elias Oliveira (189-2001) accounted for 16 points. Four Joacaba players scored in double figures. Joacaba's coach Renan Pazin felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Gabriel De Oliveira (202-1993) came up with 19 points and Jose Carlos (200-1997) added 9 points and 6 rebounds respectively for Blumenau in the defeat.

Point guard Robson Junior (178-2000) stepped up and scored 18 points for the winners and forward Rafael Santos (200-1999) chipped in 13 points and 6 rebounds. Tatui's coach William Drudi used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. At the losing side power forward Dida Pereira (202-1992, college: Sequoias CC) responded with 12 points and 9 rebounds and Gabriel Soldi (202-2000) scored 12 points and 5 rebounds.
