Joao Camargo signs at Assis Basket

Assis Basket (Paulista) signed 24-year-old 202cm forward Joao Camargo (college: Arizona W. CC). He last played for Cerrado in Brazilian LDB U20 in 2022. He has been out of professional basketball for the past three seasons.
He has played for Coritiba before.
Camargo played in the final of NJCAA D1 Region I in 2021.
He attended Arizona Western College until 2021, and it will be his fifth season in pro basketball. Camargo played also for New Mexico Junior College for one year.
