Mogi adds Cavero to their roster

Mogi das Cruzes Basquete (NBB) added 21-year-old power forward Nicolas Cavero (205cm-2004) to their roster for the new 2025-26 season. He is not a newcomer in the Brazilian League, having played last season at Osasco/3681">Basket Osasco in the Brazilian CBB league. In 5 recent games, he did not score and only had 2 rebounds. Cavero also played for Londrina Esporte Clube in Parana and briefly for Osasco in the CBB.
Cavero has played previously for three other teams: Corinthians, Cruzeiro, and Cruzeiro. He won the Brazilian CBB championship title in 2025.
Despite his young age, he had an impressive career. Cavero was voted to the Latinbasket.com All-Brazilian LDB U20 Honorable Mention in 2024.
