Mandic Basket inks Pedro Leopoldino, ex Illaplel

Sao Leopoldo Mandic Basket (Paulista) agreed terms with 27-year old Brazilian center Pedro Leopoldino (206cm-119kg-1998). He played this summer at Illaplel in Chilean LNB2. In 5 LNB 2 games just recently he had 14.6ppg, 14.6rpg, 2.2apg and 1.0spg. He also played for Deportivo Campo Alto Asuncion (LNB) in Paraguayan league.
Leopoldino is a very experienced player. He has played in Argentina (Jachal), Chile (CD Universidad Catolica de Santiago), Paraguay, Uruguay (Salto Uruguay), and Brazil (Vivo/Franca, Minas, Assis Basket, Brusque, and Sorocabana). Leopoldino was voted to Latinbasket.com All-Chilean League Honorable Mention in 2025.
His team reached the Uruguay LSB Semifinals in 2022.
