Zopone/Gali/Unimed/Bauru Basket (Paulista) signed 23-year-old Brazilian 213cm center Andrezao Barbosa de Abreu. It is his return to Paschoalotto/Bauru as he previously played there. During the summer, he played for Diablos in Mexican LNBP. In 9 games, he averaged 5.9ppg and 4.6rpg. He also played for Paschoalotto/Bauru in NBB.
Barbosa de Abreu has played also in Mexico, Spain (Grupo Eleyco Baskonia 2nd team and Baskonia Vitoria U18 team) and Brazil (Paulistano, Basquete Curitiba, Cerrado and Paulistano).
He won the Brazilian LDB U20 League championship title in 2023. He was voted to the Latinbasket.com All-Paulista League Honorable Mention in 2020.
