Esporte Clube Pinheiros Sao Paolo (Paulista) agreed terms with experienced 37-year old ex-international shooting guard Betinho Nardi (195cm-95kg-1988). It is actually his comeback to Pinheiros as he has played here before. He played this summer at Mandic Basket in the Paulista. In two games just recently he had very impressive stats: 18.5ppg, 3.5rpg, 4.5apg and 2.0spg.
He was also a member of the Brazilian international program for some years. Nardi played for Brazilian Senior National Team between 2009 and 2011 and previously for the Under 19 National Team in 2007.
He has played also in Greece (Panionios), Italy, and Brazil (Minas, Paulistano, Sao Jose, Caxias do Sul, and Rio Claro).
Nardi's team won the Paulista League Regular Season in 2023. He was voted to Latinbasket.com Brazilian League All-Domestic Players Team in 2017. He may end his playing career at Pinheiros.
