Basquete Blumenau/APAB (CBB) signed 30-year-old 186cm point guard Lucas Farina. It marks his return to Blumenau, where he previously played. Farina recently played for Cruzeiro Esporte Clube Basquete in the Liga Ouro, averaging 10.3ppg, 3.6rpg, 4.9apg, and 1.8spg in 17 games. He contributed to their regular season victory and reaching the final, earning a spot on the Latinbasket.com All-Brazilian Liga Ouro Second Team.
Farina has played ppg eight other teams: Palmeiras, Minas, Pinheiros, Sport Club do Recife, Sorocabana, Sao Jose, Londrina and Cerrado.
Among many awards, he was selected to Latinbasket.com All-Brazilian CBC League Honorable Mention back in 2022.
