Ferreira's 18 points and 9 rebounds give him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

30-year old power forward Wesley Ferreira (201-PF-1995) had a very impressive game in the last round for league's best team Clube de Regatas do Flamengo and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 10.
He had the game-high 18 points adding nine rebounds for Flamengo in his team's victory, helping them to edge out Paulistano (#10, 5-5) 82-80. It allowed Flamengo to consolidate first place in the Brazilian league. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. It's already very far into the season and Flamengo keeps a perfect 10-0 record. Ferreira turned to be Flamengo's top player in his first season with the team.
