Experienced American Dontrell Brite (175-PG-1994) had a great game in the last round for Zopone/ Gali/ Unimed/Bauru Basket and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 24.
The 31-year old playmaker got a double-double of 30 points and 11 assists, while his team beat Osasco (#18, 4-17) 94-86. The game was not the highest importance and did not have significant influence on top of the standings. Paschoalotto/Bauru maintains the 11th position in Brazilian NBB. Bauru is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 11-10 record. In the team's last game Brite had a remarkable 53.8% from 2-point range. He turned to be Paschoalotto/Bauru's top player in his first season with the team. The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young American guard Elyjah Clark (191-G-1998) of Sport Club Corinthians Paulista. His other stats are also decent: 4.3rpg and 3.5apg.

The third best performed player last round was American Anthony Harris (191-G-1997) of Basket Osasco (#18). Harris got into 30-points club by scoring exactly 30 points in the last round. He went also for five rebounds and seven assists. Despite Harris' great performance the Osasco lost 86-94 to the higher-ranked Bauru (#11, 11-10). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Osasco can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 4-17 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Harris has individually a great season in Brazil. After 20 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 18.5ppg (best scorer).
