KTO Minas conquered their second Copa Super 8 title. They edged Pinheiros in the Final to secure the trophy. Winicius Braga (204-F-2005) came up with 19 points, while Juan Arengo (185-G-1996) contributed 18 points for the winners.
The teams traded baskets throughout the opening quarter. The scoreboard read 18-18 after ten minutes. Minas grabbed a 40-33 halftime lead. They triggered a decisive 28-13 rally in the third term to clear off for good.
CJ Penha (202-F-2000, college: Boston Coll.) answered with 17 points, while David Sloan (183-PG-1999, college: ETSU) and Yan Djalo Barbosa (204-F/C-2001) banked in 10 points each in the loss.
