Joacaba - Tatui 68-65

Joacaba outrebounded Tatui 53-34 including a 40-28 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Diego Silva (207-1990) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Thaylor Fagundes (190-2006) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds for the winners. Guard Alef Pereira (185-1995) answered with 20 points and 4 steals and guard Rafael Castellon (191-1985) added 21 points and 5 steals in the effort for Tatui. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.

Fluminense players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Brusque's players. Point guard Lucas Campos (190-1997) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 assists for the winners and forward Tiago Dias (203-2001) chipped in 19 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Fluminense players scored in double figures. At the losing side point guard Wilson Carneiro (175-1994) responded with 17 points and 4 assists and Samuel Santos (187-1999) scored 15 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
