International center Lucas Dias (207-1995) scored 26 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international point guard Georginho de Paula (197-1996) chipped in 11 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Four Vivo/Franca players scored in double figures. American point guard David Sloan (183-1999, college: ETSU) responded with 19 points and point guard Caua De Souza (184-2005) scored 21 points and 5 steals. Pinheiros' coach Gustavo Conti tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
