Puerto Rico - U.S. Virgin Islands 96-70
Puerto Rico fired past US Virgin Islands to clinch the top position in Group A. Gian Clavell (193-G-93, college: Colorado St.) provided 13 points to lead the winners. Puerto Rico recorded a 41:33 halftime lead. They went on a massive 34:9 run in the third term to clear off for good. Ramon Clemente (200-PF-85, college: Wichita St.) had 11 points for Puerto Rico. Jahmiah Simmons (193-F-98) replied with 27 points for US Virgin Islands.

Group B
Dominican Republic - Bahamas 84-77
Dominican Republic topped Bahamas for the second win in Barranquilla. Juan Miguel Suero (198-SG-93) posted 22 points in the victory. Bahamas eked out a 22:21 lead after ten minutes. Dominican Republic managed to pull ahead for a 41:38 halftime lead. They used a 23:16 run in the final period to snatch the victory. Jhonatan Araujo (208-C-96, agency: Basket Management Solutions) had 21 points for Dominican Republic. Michael Carey Jr. (196-G-93, college: Wagner) replied with 17 points and 9 rebounds for Bahamas.

Cuba - Mexico 78-67
Cuba beat Mexico to advance into the semifinal stage. Jasiel Rivero (204-C-93, agency: Pro Sports) provided 24 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. Cuba trailed by as many as 8 points at the first break. However they went on a 20:10 run in the third period to surge ahead. Cuba sank 23 points in the fourth period to rally to the win. Javier Justiz (205-C-92, agency: Pro Sports) had 19 points in the victory. Francisco Cruz (190-G-89, college: Wyoming) answered with 18 points for Mexico.
