Jeonell Ramos claims Cayman Islands National League Hoops Agents weekly honour

Jeonell Ramos (F) had a very impressive game in the last round for league's leader Plantito and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 10.
The forward had a double-double of 25 points and 13 rebounds, while his team beat Lions (#5, 4-3) 98-93. It allowed Plantito to consolidate first place in the Cayman Islands National League. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Plantito has a very solid 6-2 record, but they cannot be too comfortable about keeping top position. In the team's last game Ramos had a remarkable 77.8% from 2-point range. He turned to be Plantito's top player in his first season with the team. Ramos has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in assists (4th best: 3.3apg) and averages solid 1.8bpg,2.2spg and 57.8% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was Borislav Djorjic of Burger King Warriors. Djorjic impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 24 points and 14 rebounds. Of course he led Warriors to another comfortable win outscoring SLK Hoods (#11, 0-7) 97-56. Warriors' 7th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 3-3 record is not bad and everything may still change. Djorjic is one of the most experienced players at Warriors and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 18.3ppg (#9). He also registered 10.2 boards per game.

The third best performed player last round was international forward Jerome Narcisse (193-F-1987) of Caledonian Lions (#5). Narcisse got into 30-points club by scoring 35 points in the last round. He went also for eleven rebounds . Despite Narcisse's great performance the Lions lost 93-98 to the higher-ranked Plantito (#1, 6-2). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. Narcisse has a great season in Cayman Islands. After only 7 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 21.3ppg (5th best). He also has 3.4spg, 2.0bpg and a FGP of 63.0%.
