Group A
Costa Rica - Mexico 51-70
Mexico registered the second win in a row in Group A. They defeated Costa Rica to remain perfect. Abril Reyes (168-PG-02) and Mariana Valenzuela (184-PF-03) scored 14 points each for the winners. Mexico recorded a 40:30 halftime lead. They held Costa Rica to just 21 points in the second half and raced to the victory. Ariana Mora (181-PF-03) and Alison Torres (165-F-02) replied with 8 points each for Costa Rica.

Barbados - Dominican Republic 33-82
Five players scored in double digits as Dominican Republic cruised past Barbados. Marlin Linarez (183-SF-03), Ashley Baez (163-G-02), Cesarina Capellan (178-SF-03) and Chelsy Santana (180-F/C-02) tossed in 11 points each for the winners. Zahra Ashby (170-G-02) replied with 16 points for Barbados.

Group B
Puerto Rico - Bahamas 83-43
Puerto Rico cruised past Bahamas for the second straight win in Group B. Jullie Ruiz (165-G-03) stepped up with 18 points and 7 steals for Puerto Rico. Nangely Garcia (188-F-02) added 19 points for the hosts. Michell Butler (190-F/C-02) answered with 12 points and 8 rebounds for Bahamas.

Guatemala - El Salvador 65-36
Guatemala defeated El Salvador to improve at 1-1 record in Group B. Guatemala dominated from start to finish. They posted a 39:23 halftime lead. Guatemala held their opponents to just 13 points in the second half to race to the win. Elisa Martinez (165-PG-03) provided 22 points, while Natalie Larranaga (165-F-02) added 18 points, 10 rebounds and 6 steals in the victory. Silvia Vega (175-C) replied with 11 points and 9 rebounds for El Salvador.
