Dimayor: Liceo Mixto is the champion !!! - Apr 12, 2012

CD Liceo Mixto de Los Andes is the champion of Dimayor 2011/2012. In game 6 of the Finals, Liceo defeated to CD Universidad de Concepcion 75-66 and won the series 4-2. Led by the Finals MVP, Anthony Danridge (196-G/F-86, college: N.Mexico), Liceo took a 15 point lead in the first quarter (25-10) and despite the reaction of Concepcion, that cut the lead to 5 points at the beginning of the fourth quarter, the experience of players like Patricio Briones (213-C-72, college: Dade CC) and Patrick Saez (193-G/F-79), who combined have 15 Dimayor titles, was too much for the visitors. This is the fourth title for Liceo Mixto, after the 2007, 2008 and 2009 championships.
