There was no lack of interesting games this round. The round ended with derby games and favorites losing the games. Here is the last round review presented by LBM Management.

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Univ.de Chile as it allowed them to take a leadership position in Femenina. Univ.de Chile defeated 5th ranked Lobas in Santiago 71-54. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. Lobas at the other side dropped to the seventh place with three games lost. Lobas will play next round against Los Leones trying to get back on the winning streak. Univ.de Chile will try to continue on its current victory against third ranked Univ. Concepcion on the road.
Undefeated Univ. Concepcion (4-1) recorded its first loss at the home court. Hosts were defeated by fourth ranked Gimnastico (3-2) 53-47. Gimnastico maintains fourth place in Femenina with 3-2 record. Univ. Concepcion at the other side dropped to the third position with one game lost. Gimnastico will play against New Crusaders (#6) in Valpara�­so in the next round. Univ. Concepcion will play at home against the league's leader Univ.de Chile and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
A very close game took place in between Alemana Paillaco and Madre Paulina. Leader Alemana Paillaco (2-0) got a very close victory on the road over 3rd placed Madre Paulina (1-2). Alemana Paillaco managed to escape with a 2-point win 53-51 on Saturday evening. Alemana Paillaco maintains first place in Femenina with 2-0 record. Loser Madre Paulina keeps the third position with two games lost. Alemana Paillaco will meet at home Univ. Austral (#4) in the next round. Madre Paulina will have a break next round.
The game between Top Four teams took place in . 4th placed host Univ. Austral (1-2) was smashed by leader Castro (2-0) 48-28. Castro maintains second place in Femenina with 2-0 record having seven points less than leader Univ.de Chile. Univ. Austral at the other side keeps the fourth position with two games lost. Castro's next round opponent will be Osorno Damas (#5). Univ. Austral will play against the league's leader Alemana Paillaco and hope to win that game.
Leader Boston College blasted bottom-ranked Brisas (0-5) in Santiago 85-42 on Saturday evening keeping the perfect record after 5 rounds. Brisas is still unable to win any game. Boston College (4-0) moved-up to second place in Femenina. Loser Brisas still closes the standings with five games lost. Boston College's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Santiago Sergio Ceppi.

In Femenina Sergio Ceppi lost to Los Leones on the opponent's court 64-77. New Crusaders managed to outperform Libertad SF in a home game 61-49.
