Bottom-ranked Brisas is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 15th consecutive match to sixth ranked New Crusaders (6-7) 86-37. Guard Jovanka Ljubetic (178-0) scored 22 points to lead the charge for the winners and Javiera Campos chipped in 17 points and 5 steals during the contest. The best for the losing side was Paola Orellana (-95) with 5 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. New Crusaders maintains sixth position with 6-7 record. Brisas at the other side still closes the standings with 15 games lost.
The game in Valparaiso supposed to be also quite interesting. Third ranked Los Leones (12-4) played at the court of 6th ranked New Crusaders (6-7). Even a double-double of 13 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists by Fernanda Mansilla did not help to save the game for New Crusaders. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Los Leones have an impressive nine-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 12-4 record having just one point less than leader Alemana Paillaco. Loser New Crusaders keep the sixth place with seven games lost.
