AB Ancud held off Las Animas to even the series. Worth to mention a great performance of Venezuelan power forward Francisco Centeno (203-85) who helped to win the game recording 30 points and 7 rebounds (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field). American guard Jesse Hardin (188-93, college: Walsh) contributed with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. American Brandon Robinson (198-89, college: Clayton St.) replied with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 12 rebounds and his fellow American import forward Arnold Louis (201-90, college: Savannah St., agency: HMS) added 25 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for Las Animas.

Puerto Varas overcame CD Valdivia to knot things up at 2-2. The winners were led by American-Nigerian Ikenna Mbamalu (191-91, college: La-Lafayette) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 25 points and 14 rebounds and Spanish Alvaro Calvo (202-83, agency: Interperformances) supported him with 21 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Puente Alto fired past Temuco to celebrate the second win in the series. Puente Alto shot 28 for 39 from the free-throw line, while Temuco only scored eleven points from the stripe. Temuco was plagued by 31 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Diego Valenzuela (185-94) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and American forward Jerome Hill (198-94, college: Gardner-Webb, agency: Interperformances) who added 14 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side point guard Sebastian Figueroa (175-88) responded with 22 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and American forward TJ Robinson (203-89, college: Long Beach St.) scored 18 points and 5 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
