American power forward Rashad Hassan (203-C/F-1989, college: SSU) was the top scorer of the day in the world with the 40 points he had in the Chilean league. Hassan graduated from Savannah State University in 2013. Despite his strong performance, his team Las Animas lost to the Univ.Concepcion 101 to 110. He also grabbed 13 rebounds that game. Hassan is the 3rd best scorer in the league averaging over 23 points and over 11 rebounds per game. Among many awards he played in the final of the Chilean Liga Nacional in 2024.
