American small forward Rakim Brown (198-SF-1991, college: Humboldt St.) was the top scorer of the day in the world with the 45 points he had in the Chilean league. Brown graduated from Humboldt State University in 2016. His excellent performance made his team Puente Alto beat the Los Leones 87 to 75. He also grabbed 12 rebounds that game. 45 points is his new career-high. Brown is the best scorer in the league averaging over 22 points and 8 rebounds per game. Among many awards he was selected to the Chilean LNB Import Player of the Year in 2024.
