    Titanes Barranquilla achieved its well-deserved second championship in a row, something remarkable for a team that has just two years in the Colombian Professional Basketball Division.
    Titanes Barranquilla success starts well beyond the hardwood, the Titanes Barranquilla directives leaded by Mr Alberto Caparroso a young executive specialized in Marketing, has been building a brand around the basketball team, turning the Barranquilla fan base in a devoted Titanes Barranquilla supporter, is easy to see that their goal is to make the game part of a full entertaining experience, actually the Titanes Barranquilla games introduces , singers, fan contests, cheerleaders and more to keep the attendance involved in the middle of the games, the people in the Elias Chegwin arena began to wear team jerseys showing the name of the team players, among them Gianluca Bacci (187-G-89) has been the most loved and popular.
    For this year the team had a strong Colombian base that gaves them deepness, John Hernandez (207-C-84) and Michael Hinestroza (208-F/C-90, college: UALR) was the big men that the team lacked last season, Gianluca Bacci brought them true leadership and Hector Diaz (197-G/F-92) evolution completed a reliable national players base, their foreigners had highs and lows, Luis Jacobo was very important but Tomas Diaz really had team first oriented squad something that meant the difference in the most hard games.
    Titanes Barranquilla now waits to get a place in the next edition of the Basketball Champions League Americas, for sure them will try to host one group and we can sure that the organization will be ready to face the challenge.
