They outrebounded Guerreros 52-32 including a 34-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Guerreros were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. The former international forward Yuliany Paz (195-2000) nailed a double-double by scoring 18 points and 26 rebounds for the winning side and the former international forward Jenifer Munoz (170-1991) accounted for 22 points and 7 rebounds. The former international center Hamileth Ulloa (176-2001) came up with 14 points and Nathalie Contreras added 15 points respectively for Guerreros in the defeat.
