Warriors held off Academia to take the lead in the semifinal series. Warriors shot 22 for 30 from the free-throw line, while Academia only scored six points from the stripe. Warriors forced 22 Academia turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of American Jaelyn Johnson-Coston (198-93, college: Florida Memorial) who helped to win the game recording 15 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. His fellow American import forward Tremayne Johnson (203-89, college: E.Washington) contributed with 18 points for the winners. Warriors' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Romario Roque (-99) answered with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and international forward Michael Hinestroza-Javes (208-90, college: UALR) added 9 points and 13 rebounds in the effort for Academia.

Titanes knocked down Fast Break on the road to open win count in the series. The game was dominated by American players. Guard Michael Sneed (196-82, college: Texas Southern) fired a double-double by scoring 26 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Guard Xavier Roberson (186-90, college: Our Lady Lake, agency: Haylett Sports) chipped in 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Sneed is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Karl Moore (203-87, college: Culver Stockton) produced 14 points and 9 rebounds and guard Kenny Brown (188-91, college: Ferris St.) added 18 points respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
