Warriors - Bucaros 104-81 The game in supposed to be also worth to mention about. 5th ranked Bucaros (9-12) played at the court of sixth ranked Warriors (9-13). Warriors smashed Bucaros 104-81. Warriors made 23-of-27 charity shots (85.2 percent) during the game, while Bucaros only scored seven points from the stripe. They outrebounded Bucaros 40-29 including 28 on the defensive glass. Warriors players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. It was a good game for O Brunch who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field). American Andre Armstrong (190-90, college: Coppin St.) contributed with 22 points and 6 assists for the winners. Armstrong is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Coach 's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play all 12 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Venezuelan Jose Rodriguez (197-94) answered with 26 points and 5 rebounds and Venezuelan swingman Morris Sierralta (190-87) added 13 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Bucaros. Five Warriors and four Bucaros players scored in double figures. Warriors maintains sixth place with 9-13 record. Bucaros lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with 12 games lost. Warriors will play against league's leader Titanes in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Bucaros will play against the league's second-placed Fast Break (#2) and hope to get back on the winning track. Piratas were defeated by Cimarrones in Quibdo-Choco 78-63. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Piratas. Cimarrones forced 19 Piratas turnovers and had a 27-16 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was Venezuelan center Miguel Bolivar (205-92) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 20 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). The former international forward Cesar Ordonez (196-82) chipped in 24 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Cimarrones players scored in double figures. Cimarrones' coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was Alvaro Munoz who recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and 13 rebounds and Venezuelan point guard Edwin Mijares (186-92) added 18 points and 4 assists respectively.
